jacmicgf.art is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Service.

Under no circumstances will jacmicgf.art be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the Service, any Content posted on the Service or transmitted to Members, or any interaction or contact between users of the Service, whether online or offline.

MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS

You are solely responsible for Your interactions with other jacmicgf.art Members. jacmicgf.art reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between You and other Members. Also jacmicgf.art is not in any kind responsible for expectations, promises or truthfulness of any information of any Member.

NOTICE

The Company may provide You with notices, including those regarding changes to this Agreement, using any reasonable means now known or hereafter developed, including by email, regular mail, text message or postings on the Service. Such notices may not be received if You violate this Agreement by accessing the Service in an unauthorized manner. You agree that You are deemed to have received any and all notices that would have been delivered had You accessed the Service in an authorized manner.

USE OF THE SERVICE

You are fully responsible for your use of this Service. We make no guarantees as to the availability of the Service. By the uploading or submitting any content (if such a feature is available to you) you confirm that you own all the rights or that have obtained consent from all legal owners of the uploaded or inputted content.

In the event that we suffer a loss in connection with uploading or inputting content to which you did not have rights we reserve the right to claim compensation from you for this loss and you agree to indemnify us, our employees, fully indemnify representatives, directors and officers against any loss arising out of any breach by you of this Agreement or your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

The Service may contain advertisements and promotions offered by third parties and links to other web sites or resources. Our domain is not responsible for the availability (or lack of availability) of such external websites or resources. If you choose to interact with the third parties made available through our Service, such party’s terms will govern their relationship with you.
